👉 What You NEED to Know for Your Interview
As you prepare for your interview at Stanley, Black & Decker, it’s important to be aware of the following:
Arrival Time: Aim to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for parking and checking in.
Dress Code: Be sure to dress appropriately for your interview.
Mandatory Drug Screen: A mandatory drug screen is part of your interview. Leaving the facility at any point during this process will be considered a drug screen refusal, and you will not be eligible to reapply for six months.
Identification: Bring a valid ID with you for the drug screening process.
Employment Condition: Your eligibility to work at this facility is contingent upon successfully passing the mandatory drug screening, and meeting the background check requirements after the interview.
👉 Here's the Dress Code
Steel-toed shoes are REQUIRED
Standard warehouse attire is appropriate.
No tight clothing nor extremely loose/baggy clothing is allowed.
No spandex, mesh shirts, and midriff shirts.
No ripped or dangling jeans.
Pajamas or slippers are prohibited.
All items of clothing must be clean and in good repair. (Frayed clothing, strained, or torn clothing are not acceptable).
Neat grooming and good personal hygiene is required.
Hair and beards must be tied up if below the shoulders.
Dangling jewelry and hoop earrings are not permitted.

Here's how to upload a photo to your MyWorkChoice profile:
Go to Account > Profile > Click on the Pencil Icon on the Top Right > Click Upload Photo
You can choose an image from your camera or gallery. (Make sure to give MyWorkChoice access to your camera).

Where to Park:
The employee parking lot is located just as you pull into the facility to the left. Please be sure to only park in the designated parking areas. (Reference photo below).
Where to Enter into Building:
On your first day, enter the building through the front entrance located near the employee parking. (Reference photos below). Use the turnstile on the far right and hit the button to be let in. Let them know you are there for a MyWorkChoice Interview.
