Please review this information carefully so that you're prepared to work at this Stanley Black & Decker facility.
Remember, working at this facility is conditional upon passing a pre-employment drug screening and meeting background requirements.
Here's the Dress Code:
Steel-toed shoes are REQUIRED - You will NOT be allowed to work your 1st day without them. (Composite toe is acceptable)
Standard warehouse attire is appropriate.
Long pants are required.
Shorts are not permitted.
Shirts must have sleeves. Tank tops and crop tops are not permitted.

Here's how to upload a photo to your MyWorkChoice profile:
Go to Account > Profile > Click on the Pencil Icon on the Top Right > Click Upload Photo
You can choose an image from your camera or gallery. (Make sure to give MyWorkChoice access to your camera).
π Directions to the Stanley Black & Decker Facility
Address: 4825 Highway 45 N, Jackson, TN 38305
Use the first entrance on Passmore Lane, where you'll see a guard shack. (Reference photo below).
At the guard shack, check in by providing your valid ID and informing them that you are with MyWorkChoice (MWC).
Where to Park:
After you check in at the guard shack, turn right into the large parking lot. (Reference photo above).
Where to Enter into Building:
On your first day, head to the main entrance, which has a yellow and black color scheme (shown in picture above).
Starting your second day, you'll use the first entrance off Passmore Lane. After going through the guard shack, turn left into employee parking, and enter the building through the red awning. This will be your regular entrance for all future shifts.

π How to Clock In
*Please note: Clocking in before every shift is mandatory - failure to do so will lead to corrective action that may result in termination.
First login to the MyWorkChoice app and find your "timeclock pin" which will be on the home screen under your name and Reliability Rating in a blue box. (Reference below).
We have 3 timeclock kiosks throughout the manufacturing facility. You can find them in the following locations:
Near the Assembly Lines: Located just after you enter from the main entrance.
Knives Department: Placed on the wall as you pass the Knives Department.
Between Weld and Paint Departments: Positioned between the two departments.
Go to a MyWorkChoice kiosk tablet in the facility and enter your "timeclock pin" and select "login."
Next, select the green button that says "clock in" on the right side of the screen.
Once you select "clock in" the next screen will include shift details. Select the green button "start shift" and that will officially clock you in.
You'll be able to confirm you're clocked in by seeing the timer start and a red button on the top right of the screen that says "end shift."
Once you've successfully clocked in, select the "sign out" button located on the bottom left of the screen below your employee info and name.
Clocking out after your shift is a similar process to clocking in. Please review these step-by-step instructions on how to clock out when your shift ends.
Please Note: Following our timeclock rules is important to keep operations running smoothly. Failure to follow our timeclock guidelines will lead to Time Clock Violations, which could result in a temporary shift restriction. π How to Call In
If youβre going to be late or canβt make it to your shift, make sure to let Stanley Black & Decker know at least 2 hours before your shift starts. Hereβs what to do:

Leave a message in the call-in mailbox.

Leave your first and last name
Say you're with MyWorkChoice
Explain why you're late or missing your shift
Say how long you'll be out
Drop the shift in the app:
Open the app and go to "My Shifts" then "Upcoming"
