Here at MyWorkChoice, we value giving workers flexibility. As a part of our team, you have the choice to pick your shifts, however, we’re counting on you to work the shifts you scheduled.

Excessive shift dropping, no-call no-shows, and last-minute drops puts our team in a tight spot and will lead to a “shift restriction” which means you won’t be able to schedule any shifts.

To avoid a 14-day shift restriction do not do the following:

Excessive Shift Dropping:

  • Dropping 10 shifts in 30 days.

No Call No Shows:

  • 3 no-call no-shows within 180 days.

Last Minute Drops:

  • 3 dropped shifts within 3 hours of the shift start time within 30 days.

Every shift you schedule is a commitment and we’re relying on you! Your hard work and adherence to these guidelines help keep a fair and flexible work environment for everyone.
