How to Change Positions at the MWC Kiosk

A step-by-step instructions on how workers can change their department/line on the MWC Kiosk.

You can switch your department or line right at the MWC kiosk. Here’s a quick guide on how to update your position with just a few taps.

  1. Sign In: When you approach the MWC kiosk, you'll find an option to sign in. Use your personal identification number (PIN) to sign into the time clock.

  2. Access Your Current Position: Once you've successfully signed in, you'll see your current position displayed on the screen. Next to it, you'll find the option "Change Position." Click on this option.

  3. Choose Your New Department/Line: Now, you will be presented with a list of available departments or lines. Scroll through this list and select the department or line you are moving to.

  4. Select Your New Position: After you have selected your new department or line, you will see a list of positions available in that department. Choose the position you will be working in and then press the "Confirm" button to secure your selection.

  5. Sign Out: Now that you have successfully changed positions, make sure to properly log out of the system. You can do this by pressing "Sign Out," located at the bottom left corner of the screen.
