When am I eligible for a Referral Bonus?
You are eligible for a referral bonus when:
Your referred friend completes 40 hours of work with MyWorkChoice.
The referred individual must be a new worker; if your friend has already applied or is currently working for MyWorkChoice, the referral will not count.
To receive your bonus sooner, encourage your friend to pick up shifts and reach the 40-hour mark quickly!
Do I have to be a MyWorkChoice Employee to refer a friend?
Nope, you don’t have to be a MyWorkChoice employee to refer someone to work for us. The more, the better!
How can I refer my friends?
We're glad you asked! First, go to the Referral Center in the MWC app. You can either enter your friend(s) information OR send them your unique ambassador URL (this is how the both of us can track their application status)! Once your friend works their first shift, you'll receive an e-gift card via email within 30 days.
**(Please note: If you refer a friend who has already applied or already works for MyWorkChoice the referral will not count).**
How much is the referral bonus?
$50 bucks in the form of a virtual Visa Gift card.
Can I refer more than one friend at a time?
Shift yeah – absolutely! We encourage you to refer as many friends as you’d like.
Do I have to live in the U.S. to be eligible to refer a friend?
Yes, you must live in the U.S. to be eligible to refer and receive referral bonuses.
When and how do I receive my referral bonus payout?
Within 30 days of when your referred friend worked their first shift, you’ll receive a virtual Visa Gift card via email.
Please note: Your E-gift card must be redeemed within 12 months of receiving it. E-gift cards will expire after 12 months, and funds will not be reissued.
How do I know when my starts working?
Go to “My Referrals” in the MyWorkChoice App. At the bottom, under the “My Friends” section you’ll see all the friends you’ve referred and their status.
I referred my friend but I have not received my bonus yet?
Referral bonuses are paid within 30 days after your friend completes 40 work hours. If you were expecting a referral bonus and haven’t received it in your email within this timeline - please (kindly) reach out to us. We have oh-shift moments too!
