Update Personal Info for W2

Tax season is coming! Make sure your 2024 W-2 is accurate by updating your personal information in WebCenter.

Please Note: Your WebCenter login is different from your MyWorkChoice App login.


Step 1: Log In to WebCenter

  1. To access your HR WebCenter account go to: https://webcenter.ontempworks.com/TheGreeneGroup/Account/LogIn

  2. Enter your username and password.

Have trouble logging in? Follow the steps below to find your username or reset your password.


Step 2: Forgot Your Username or Password?

To Find Your Username:

  1. Click "Forgot Username?" on the login page.

  2. Enter:

    • Your email address

    • Your first name

    • Your last name(s)

  3. Click "Find Username"

  4. If the details match our records, your username will automatically be filled in on the login page.

To Reset Your Password:

  1. Click "Forgot Password?" on the login page.

  2. Enter:

    • Your email address

    • Your first name

    • Your last name(s)

  3. Click "Send Reset Link"

  4. Check your email and follow the link to create a new password.

Note: To reset your password, leave the "Username" field blank. Instead, enter your email, first name, and last name, then click "Send Reset Link" to continue.

Step 3: Update Your Info

  1. Log in to Webcenter using your username and new password.

  2. Go to the "My Information" section.

  3. Verify or update these tabs:

    • General Info

    • Email Address

    • Phone Number

    • Physical Address

Important: Your legal name cannot be updated directly in WebCenter. Please make sure the name we have on file matches your government-issued ID(s).
