Why is the Referral Program ending?
We’ve made the tough decision to end the MyWorkChoice Referral Program. It’s been a big part of how we’ve grown our community, and we’re truly thankful to everyone who referred friends and family to join the MWC team.
While we’re closing the program, we’ll continue honoring eligible bonuses through the final deadlines.
⚠️ Note: This update is only about the “Referral Program”—the bonus for referring friends.
It does not affect your job, your shifts, or your employment with MyWorkChoice.
What are the final deadlines?
Last day to submit a referral: Friday, April 25
Referred workers must complete 40 hours by: Friday, May 16
Bonuses for qualified referrals will be paid by: Friday, May 30
What about referrals made before April 2025?
If you submitted a referral before this update, the original rules still apply:
Referrals made from June 2024 onward needed to complete 40 hours within 60 days of their start date.
If a referred worker didn’t reach 40 hours within that timeframe, they remain expired and no longer qualify for a bonus.
All other active referrals must now follow the final deadlines—complete 40 hours by May 16, 2025.
Can I still refer someone before the deadline?
Yes! You can submit referrals through Friday, April 25 using the Referral Center in the MWC app. Remember, referrals must complete 40 hours by May 16 to qualify for a bonus.
When will I get my bonus?
If your referral qualifies, bonuses will be paid by Friday, May 30.
What happens if my referral doesn’t finish 40 hours by May 16?
Referrals that don’t meet the 40-hour requirement by the deadline won’t qualify for a bonus.
