👉 What You NEED to Know for Your Interview
As you prepare for your interview at Stanley, Black & Decker, it’s important to be aware of the following:
Arrival Time: Aim to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for parking and checking in.
Dress Code: Be sure to dress appropriately for your interview.
Mandatory Drug Screen: A mandatory drug screen is part of your interview. Leaving the facility at any point during this process will be considered a drug screen refusal, and you will not be eligible to reapply for six months.
Identification: Bring a valid ID with you for the drug screening process.
Employment Condition: Your eligibility to work at this facility is contingent upon successfully passing the mandatory drug screening, and meeting the background check requirements after the interview.
👉 Here's the Dress Code
Wear steel or closed-toe shoes – these are required.
Long pants that cover your ankles.
Shirts with sleeves (at least 3 inches long). Tank tops, crop tops, and sleeveless shirts are not permitted.
Hair and beards must be tied back or secured to prevent accidents.
Note: Shorts, Crocs, loose clothing, and clothing with offensive or inappropriate slogans are not allowed.

Here's how to upload a photo to your MyWorkChoice profile:
Go to Account > Profile > Click on the Pencil Icon on the Top Right > Click Upload Photo
You can choose an image from your camera or gallery. (Make sure to give MyWorkChoice access to your camera).

Parking Location:
Park in the employee parking lot directly across Old Florence Road from the facility.
Parking Lot Entrances:
There are two entrances:
Old Florence Road Entrance
Avenue D Entrance
Current Instructions:
Due to construction, the Old Florence Road entrance now has a temporary crosswalk.
Use the Avenue D entrance to park your vehicle.
After parking, follow the walking path from the Old Florence Road entrance to cross the street and reach the facility entrance.
