Your Reliability Rating Just Got Easier to Understand! 🎉

We’ve listened to your feedback and making it easier to see how your Reliability Rating is calculated.

Your Reliability Rating will be updated in the MWC App on Monday, December 2nd.

Here's What You Need to Know:


About the Update

  • On Dec. 2nd your Reliability Rating will be updated in the MWC App.

  • Your updated rating will be calculated based on all the shifts you worked divided by the shifts you scheduled since April 1, 2024, when we first started using the Reliability Rating.

  • Moving forward this update will make it simpler for you to see how your rating is being calculated over time.


How It's Calculated

Your Reliability Rating will be based on all the shifts you've worked divided by the shifts you scheduled since April 1, 2024.

For example: If you worked 9 out of 10 shifts your rating would be 90.

Your Reliability Rating will be updated in the MWC App on Monday, December 2nd.

Will my rating change with this update?
Yes, you might see a small adjustment. Your updated rating will be calculated based on all the shifts you worked divided by the shifts you scheduled since April 1, 2024.

How often will my Reliability Rating update in the app?
Your rating will continue to update daily at 4 a.m. EST.

What if something seems off with my Reliability Rating or I have questions?
