👉 What You NEED to Know for Your Interview
As you prepare for your interview at Stanley, Black & Decker, it’s important to be aware of the following:
Arrival Time: Aim to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for parking and checking in.
Dress Code: Be sure to dress appropriately for your interview.
(Steel-toed shoes are required)
Mandatory Drug Screen: A mandatory drug screen is part of your interview. Please note: Leaving the facility at any point during this process will be considered a drug screen refusal, and you will not be eligible to reapply for six months.
Identification: Bring a valid photo ID with you for security and the drug screening process.
Employment Condition: Your eligibility to work at this facility is contingent upon successfully passing the mandatory drug screening, and meeting the background check requirements after the interview.
👉 Dress Code
Here's the Dress Code:
Steel-toed shoes are REQUIRED - You will NOT be allowed to attend your pre-screen interview and tour without them.
(Composite toe is acceptable)
Standard warehouse attire is appropriate.
Long pants are required.
Shorts are not permitted.
Shirts must have sleeves. Tank tops and crop tops are not permitted.

Go to Account > Profile > Click on the Pencil Icon on the Top Right > Click Upload Photo
You can choose an image from your camera or gallery. (Make sure to give MyWorkChoice access to your camera).

Use the first entrance on Passmore Lane, where you'll see a guard shack. (Reference photo below).
At the guard shack, check in by providing your valid ID and informing them that you are with MyWorkChoice (MWC).
Where to Park:
After you check in at the guard shack, turn right into the large parking lot. (Reference photo above).
Where to Enter into Building:
On your interview day, head to the main entrance (shown in picture above), which has a yellow and black color scheme (shown in picture below.
